Using CooChatMatch means agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service — there is nothing to cancel if you never made an account.
The service is for people old enough to use a stranger video chat where they live — 18 in most places, higher where local law says so. Letting a minor use your access is a breach of these terms, whoever holds the account.
Random pairing with another person for a live one-on-one video, audio or text conversation, in the browser. Matches are random; we do not guarantee who you will meet, that anyone will be online, or that any conversation will go well. Either side may end a call at any time.
The full rules live in the community guidelines and are part of these terms. The short version: no nudity, no harassment, no minors, no scams, no recording others without consent. Breaking them can end your access — with or without warning, depending on severity.
What you show and say in a call is your responsibility. For content you publish on the platform, you keep ownership and grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of running the service. Do not publish what you do not have the right to share.

Matching and conversation are free. Paid features exist, and each states its price on screen before you spend. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where law requires otherwise or a specific product says otherwise. Fraud, chargeback abuse or suspected unauthorised use can lead to cancelled orders, limited features or a suspended account. Prices and what a feature includes can change going forward — never retroactively for something you already bought.
We can change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and can suspend or terminate access that breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; if you have an account, you can close it.
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
