Contact
Contact CooChatMatch
One inbox, plus the controls that are already on your screen during a call. Here is which to use when, and what to include.
01If it is happening in a call right now
Do not write an email — use the controls on screen. Report sends the case to moderation with the context attached; block ends contact with that person; next simply moves you on. All three are faster than anything an inbox can do.
02For everything else, email
[email protected] — one address for questions, reports about something that already happened, account matters, payment questions and legal notices. It is monitored by the operations team.
- A report
- When it happened, what happened, and anything that identifies the other side (what they said, what was on screen). We cannot look up a call transcript — calls are not stored — so your description is the evidence.
- A payment question
- The date, the amount, and the payment method. Do not email full card numbers.
- A privacy request
- Say what you are asking for (access, correction, deletion) and which information identifies you — see the privacy policy for what we hold in the first place.
- A copyright notice
- Use the elements listed on the copyright page; incomplete notices bounce back for the missing parts.
03What to expect back
A human reply, usually within a few working days. Safety reports involving minors are prioritised ahead of everything else in the queue.
There is no phone line and no ticket portal — the inbox is the whole front door. Policy questions are usually already answered in the privacy policy, the terms or the community guidelines.
