About
About CooChatMatch
A chat match site: one tap, one stranger, one live video call. This page is what it is, what it refuses to do, and how to reach the people running it.
01CooChatMatch in three sentences
CooChatMatch pairs two strangers for a live one-on-one video call in the browser. Nobody browses a list and nobody sends a request — the site picks, both cameras come on, and either side can end it with one tap.
Matching needs no account and no download. That is the entire product; everything else on this page is detail.
02What it deliberately does not do
- It does not keep your conversations. A call that ends is gone — there is no history page.
- It does not make you build a profile before you can talk to anyone.
- It does not let anyone watch a call from the outside. Rooms hold two people.
- It does not promise you a specific person. The match is random by design — the moment you can browse and pick, people scroll instead of talking.
03Where money fits
Matching and talking are free. The platform has paid features, and every one of them says what it costs on screen before you spend anything — never as a surprise mid-conversation.
The detail lives in the terms of service.
04Moderation and age
CooChatMatch is for adults only. Moderation runs around the clock, and report, block and skip stay on screen during every call rather than hiding in a settings menu.
Where the lines are: community guidelines. Our stance on minors: child safety.
05Reaching the people behind it
The site is run by a small operations team. Questions, reports and legal notices all reach us at [email protected] — it is a monitored inbox, not a form that goes nowhere.
What to include so we can actually help: see the contact page.
